Welcome to WPAspirin (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wpaspirin.com and any services, hosting, and tools we provide. By becoming a WPAspirin client or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Included Tools and Third‑Party Services
  • We bundle access to select third‑party tools and plugins for your convenience.
  • Availability depends on each provider honoring their own terms, licensing, and service levels. We don’t control their policies or uptime.
  • If a provider changes pricing, licensing, features, or sunsets a product, your access may be impacted accordingly.
  1. Changes to Included Tools
  • We reserve the right to remove, swap, or discontinue any tool at any time.
  • We’ll make reasonable efforts to replace a removed tool with a comparable alternative, but we can’t guarantee specific features, timelines, or parity.
  1. “Lifetime” Hosting Commitment
  • Our commitment to host your site “for life” is tied to our ability to operate as a viable company.
  • If WPAspirin ceases operations, merges, or pivots the business, hosting commitments may change or end. We’ll provide reasonable notice and transition guidance where possible.
  1. Pricing and Business Model Changes
  • To remain sustainable, we reserve the right to update pricing, packages, and our business model at any time.
  • We’ll communicate material changes in advance and, when applicable, honor existing terms through the end of your current billing period.
  1. Becoming a WPAspirin Client By becoming a WPAspirin client, you agree that:
  • You’ll use our services and included tools in line with all applicable laws, licenses, and provider terms.
  • You’ll not misuse access (e.g., sharing paid licenses outside your plan, abusing resource limits, or violating fair‑use policies).
  • You’re responsible for your site’s content, compliance, and any required disclosures or policies.
  • You’ll keep your account information accurate and notify us of security concerns or unauthorized use.
  1. Service Scope and Limitations
  • We aim to deliver reliable hosting, tooling, and support, but no service is guaranteed error‑free or uninterrupted.
  • Scheduled and emergency maintenance may impact availability.
  • Performance depends on factors outside our control (themes, plugins, custom code, external APIs, third‑party CDNs, etc.).
  • We may set reasonable technical limits to protect service quality (storage, bandwidth, emails, queries, API calls).
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Maintain valid contact and billing details and pay fees on time (where applicable).
  • Keep backups of critical content and configurations. We provide backups where possible, but you are the ultimate owner of your data resilience strategy.
  • Follow security best practices (strong passwords, limited admin access, vetted plugins, updates).
  1. Intellectual Property
  • WPAspirin content, branding, and proprietary materials are protected. Don’t copy, resell, or redistribute except as permitted.
  • You retain ownership of your site content. You grant us a limited license to host, cache, and display it as part of delivering services.
  1. Third‑Party Links and Affiliates
  • We may include affiliate links or references to third‑party tools. Commissions, if any, help support the service at no extra cost to you.
  • We’re not responsible for third‑party sites, policies, or outcomes. Review their terms before using.
  1. Privacy
  • Your use of WPAspirin is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.
  1. Warranties and Disclaimers
  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We don’t guarantee specific rankings, conversions, revenue, or outcomes.
  1. Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPAspirin and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to WPAspirin in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 for free services).
  1. Termination
  • You may stop using our services at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risks to security and stability.
  • Where reasonable, we’ll notify you and provide next steps or data export options.
  1. Changes to These Terms
  • We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
  1. Governing Law and Disputes
  • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business.
  • Disputes will be handled through good‑faith negotiation first. If unresolved, the exclusive venue is the courts of that jurisdiction.
